We got the inquire of ebay packaging box from the customer Mr Chai on 7th of June.
According to the requirements of the client, we reply and offer some similar Electronic Packaging products picture we made before. After receiving the picture, the customer inform us of the details size and quantity of the box.
Upon receiving we discuss and quote the price and sent to Mr Chai check.
One day later Mr Chai replied and said our price was a little high and informed us of the target price.
After receiving this message we had double check our offer and found the price we quoted was our market price. So we told customer this price was much reasonable in Shenzhen
First of all Mr Chai did not reply. Later, we sent several emails and talking about the quality, delivery, design and ASS service. Finally the customer placed order of 5000pcs directly on 11th of June and we just made mass electronic packaging sample for check. After we concluded the order, our production department arranged the mass ebay packaging box sample at once. And we sent out the sample through DHL.
5 days later Mr Chai got the sample and told the quality of the electronic packaging box was high and print was beautiful Just when their products were put in, it was a little tight so the size should be bigger.
After confirming the new size, our Design Department adjusted the draft at once.
2 days later Mr Chai told there were 2 ebay packaging box new boxes and a bag which they expected to make together.
And appraise "we trust you, and the quality and service of your company is very good, It’s safe for my business with your company".
